About CrewWork

CrewWork Inc. builds an autonomous software delivery platform that runs entirely inside your network. It plans, implements, validates, and releases software on infrastructure you control, with models you choose, and it accepts only evidence it produced itself as proof that work is done.

Who it is for

AI can write software. The organizations with the most to gain from that, in defense, health, finance, and government, are often contractually forbidden from sending source code to a third-party API. Every hosted autonomous coding product requires exactly that.

CrewWork is built for those teams first: one deployment on your own hardware, against any OpenAI-compatible endpoint, including open-weight models on your own GPUs. Teams without that constraint get the same thing: autonomous delivery they can inspect, on hardware they own.

Why it is built differently

Every coding agent competes on the inner loop, and that loop is becoming a commodity. CrewWork is built as the durable system around it, with the coding agent as a swappable part.

How CrewWork compares

Become a design partner.

We are onboarding a small number of engineering teams who run CrewWork on a real repository, on their own hardware, and tell us plainly what works and what does not.

What we ask

  • A real repository and a real piece of work: a feature, a production error, or a coverage gap.
  • A host that can run Docker Compose, plus a model endpoint, local or otherwise.
  • A working session with the founder to set it up, and candid feedback on what breaks.

What you get

  • CrewWork running inside your network, with your source code staying where it is.
  • Direct access to the person who built it, and a say in what ships next.
